Recipe Potato and Leek Soup 8 leeks pinch mace 4 potatoes diced salt and pepper ¼ cup butter ½ cup milk 4 cups chicken stock 2 tbsp flour Wash leeks thoroughly and chop. Cook in butter for a minute or two. Add potatoes, stock, mace, salt and pepper. Cover and cook slowly for about one hour. Blend in milk and flour and add slowly into soup. Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes. |
