Recipe Greek Salad 250 g Feta Cheese 2 small unpeeled green cucumbers, thickly sliced 5 medium tomatoes 1 cup black olives 1 small red Spanish onion (sliced) Dressing ½ cup olive oil 1 tsp sugar ¼ cup vinegar 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano 1 clove garlic crushed Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cut cheese into small cubes; cut tomatoes into wedges Combine cheese tomatoes, onion, cucumbers and olives in bowl; drizzle with dressing. Serves 6. |
