Recipe Mushrooms in Sour Cream 1 tbsp butter or margarine 1 tsp salt 1 onion, chopped ¼ tsp pepper 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 1 tsp paprika 2 tbsp sour cream Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the onions for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in the sour cream. Heat, but do not let boil. |
