Recipe
Stir-Fry Vegetarian Noodles

1/2lb vegetarian noodles or spaghetti 1 or 2 carrot (shredded thinly)
4 pieces black mushrooms 1 cup green beans
(soaked in hot water and shredded) cabbage (shredded finely)
1 piece of bamboo shoot 4 shallots chopped finely
(optional- shredded)
2 cloves garlic


Gravy
1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch blend with 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp vegetarian Soya sauce paste
1 tsp salt a touch of wine

Boil noodles or spaghetti as directed. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Set aside.
Heat wok, add in 3 tbsp of oil. When heated, add in mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, green beans and cabbage. Stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes. Add in noodles and gravy. Stir well. When boiling, add in cornstarch mixture and a touch of wine. Serve hot.
For variations you can add a touch of curry powder when you add in the noodles.
