| Recipe Eggs Ranch Style 1 tbsp butter or margarin 1 tsp salt 2 onions, sliced thin 1 tsp chili powder 3 tomatoes, peeled and diced 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 green peppers, diced ˝ cup water 6 eggs Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the onions until lightly browned. Add the tomatoes, and green peppers. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in the salt, chili powder, pepper and water. Cook 10 minutes. Carefully break the eggs over the vegetable mixture. Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes, or until eggs are set. |
