Recipe Chicken and Pork Adobo 1 cup cider vinegar 1 chicken (about 500g ) cut up 1 head garlic, crushed ½ kg pork, cut into 1” x 2” pieces 1 tsp black pepper 1 ½ - 2 cups water 2 tbsp salt 2-4 tbsp soy sauce 1 bay leaf In a saucepan, combine vinegar, garlic, pepper, bay leaf, salt and soy sauce. Add chicken and pork. Let soak for 20 – 30 minutes. Add water and simmer uncovered until tender and the sauce has thickened. Serve with steamed rice.
