Recipe Swiss Chocolate Dessert 2 squares (ounces) unsweetened chocolate 3 egg yolks, beaten 2/3 cup sugar 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 tbsp cognac dash salt Break the chocolate into small pieces and let it melt over hot water. Add the sugar replacement, egg yolk, salt and cognac, stirring constantly Remove from the heat and immediately fold in the egg whites. Turn into 6 individual serving glasses. Chill for at least 5 hours. Serve with 1 tbsp of low calories whipped topping for each glass. |
